Reflections: A Life
Well Lived - Beth Tobin, LSW - (1.5 hrs) Join
this experiential introductory Workshop and be a part of
the paradigm shift to vibrantly age well. Spiritual Eldering®,
developed by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, is a model
for living one's older years more consciously, more joyfully,
and more compassionately. The exercises offered allow us
an opportunity to explore a way of living for our elder
years that can be personally fulfilling and beneficial to
others. By reflecting on our own beliefs about aging and
harvesting our life's experiences, we can feel good about
who we are, who we are becoming and what we can offer future
generations. "Aging is like Anything Else, If you Want
to Succeed, Get Started Early" Fred Astaire
Beth Tobin is the
owner of Elder's Journey, a private geriatric care management

| Healing
With Arts After Terror, Violence or Loss - Patricia C. Coleman
RMT, Intuitive Coach - We live in a world where
our collective attention is turned toward topics that cause
us great fear. According to the Pew Research foundation "71%
of Americans say they feel depressed, half of that number,
have difficulty concentrating and a third have had some difficulty
in sleeping". We will create some simple, but potentially
profound art works to assist us in releasing built up tensions
and help ourselves on the road to reducing these fears and
losses. Don Ardell, author of "Aging Beyond Belief"
says, "Emotional wellness begins with a conscious decision
to shape a healthy lifestyle." Expressing creatively
provides each of us with tools that can be used to help us
focus toward grounding with a view toward healing and release
stress in a positive manner -healingart(at)gmail.com
